  I am a frequent customer to this location and have nothing but positive things to say. They are quick efficient and always greet me with a positive attitude and smile. Tre is sales associate that I really want to give a shout out to he is such a hard worker and always has a smile on his face even a couple minutes before closing time. Mike is another amazing employee. Tbh everyone I have come in contact with there does an outstanding job keep up the great customer service!

  The lady was incredibly patient and helpful! I’ve never had an unpleasant experience there, and when I had a question that she wasn’t sure about, her male teammate promptly jumped in with the answer.

  This particular UPS Store in Schertz TX has the most amazing employees. They know their stuff. Always courteous, smiling and so patient with my senior citizen self. I sometimes drive out of my way to visit this location.
