They've had the boxes for more than a month and finally installed them recently. Now we're told, we have to wait on them to provide us keys. This could take a couple of weeks. My question is why didn't they get them keyed while they had the boxes for many weeks??? This whole process has been going on for almost 2 months and that is unacceptable. This failure to do their job is causing about half of our neighborhood to pick up their mail. They must do better!!!

Went back a third time and was told it would be escalated to a supervisor and I would be contacted. That has yet to happen. I cannot access my mail in my new home. They DO NOT EVER answer their phone.
