They've had the boxes for more than a month and finally installed them recently. Now we're told, we have to wait on them to provide us keys. This could take a couple of weeks. My question is why didn't they get them keyed while they had the boxes for many weeks??? This whole process has been going on for almost 2 months and that is unacceptable. This failure to do their job is causing about half of our neighborhood to pick up their mail. They must do better!!!

My packages are either delivered to the wrong address so I never get them, or they're placed in the mail locker and the key is not left. Or my package is lost and I have to get a letter from them so that way the merchant can replace it at their cost. I am waiting for very sensitive items to be able to ship for Christmas and I got a notification that my package was put in the mailbox. I go to check and it's not there. I tried to call and no one answers. I understand mistakes, but it seems to be habitual and nothing seems to get done about it.
