I guess if I ever need a new career I’ll work at USPS, since they’re closed for every holiday you can think of, are closed on Sunday and only work 3 hours on Saturday. Not to mention when you actually are able to go inside and find a worker (a very hard task indeed) they act like you’ve just ruined their whole day with your presence. Sorry that you have to scan a barcode and throw my package into the pile, I know it must agonizing having to do that all day…

Schertz Post Offce took weeks install the new boxes our subdivision bought to replace our vandalized boxes. They've had the boxes for more than a month and finally installed them recently. Now we're told, we have to wait on them to provide us keys. This could take a couple of weeks. My question is why didn't they get them keyed while they had the boxes for many weeks??? This whole process has been going on for almost 2 months and that is unacceptable. This failure to do their job is causing about half of our neighborhood to pick up their mail. They must do better!!!

Requested a mail box re-key Dec 12 and was told it would be ready in a few days. Waited a week and had to wait in line to be told it would be 7-10 more days. Went back a third time and was told it would be escalated to a supervisor and I would be contacted. That has yet to happen. I cannot access my mail in my new home. They DO NOT EVER answer their phone.
