- HHH HMar 16, 20241.0Ok so i ordered something and the tracking clearly says delivered on may 15th to santa anna usps. So i go to the post office and ask Andrea where is my package? She tells me that it is in a container somewhere and that it will say it's delivered when the whole container is scanned. She then told me thats not what it said and i said umm I can read and it says delivered, does it not say delivered May 15th? Then now it says arriving late may 19th. Well its now the 24th and still no package....

I got a notification on my phone that I had a package to pick up at the post office. I didn’t think anything of it. So I went there and the lady at the front was so rude. She didn’t have a name tag on. You can tell she just can’t stand her job or she had a bad day. I don’t ever write reviews but that lady needs an attitude adjustment. And it was poor service.
