- CHChristie HayesDec 26, 20251.0I have lived on this rural address for 11 years and have not had any problems with the mail carriers. Although we have a new one now that is lazy and goes to the wrong house at this address. We have clearly, large signs down our driveway that specifically point to where the main house is. Today the new driver went to an empty house on our property to try and deliver my mom’s cremated remains, even though the signs have arrows that point to the main house. I called the post office to ask about this and I was met with a very mean and horrible supervisor that has no respect for common decency. I was informed the driver did attempt to to deliver only at the wrong house (signs clearly show the main house) as the supervisor was telling me his drivers would not go searching for my house, disregarding the signs. Then I was told by the supervisor that he/she was going to tell the driver not to go down my driveway to deliver anything again. Unfortunate for he/she I recorded our conversation and I will be filing a formal complaint with the headquarters of the USPS. I did go online and ask for a redelivery for tomorrow. I will post again if I do not receive my mother’s cremation tomorrow. I am between Sanger and valley view. I always take any outgoing packages to Valley View as Sanger lost a package I sent a couple years back. Sounds like USPS needs better work ethics and if you’re going to have a supervisor he/she is there to help the customer. If you go on and read the reviews you will see Sanger Post Office only has a 2.8 review. All complaints on rude staff, packages getting lost, delivering mail to wrong address and the post master digging in his nose with customers. Now tell me people, is this what our Sanger postal service has come to?
