- NBNicole Brown5 days ago1.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I also told the man working there today I would be writing this review. I came in with my Amazon tablet to return I had the box they gave to me , the man refused to take it and tape it up with the return label, claiming he couldn’t take that box, and trying to money gouge me by saying I had to buy one of their boxes. Clearly I left and went to UPS in Kyle next town over. Asked if I could return my package in the packaging and box I was provided, and they said “most definitely “ and so glad that it was packaged the way that it was”, I explained to them how the horrible man with horrible customer service refused to help me which they were completely shocked it even happened. Avoid this location at all costs, I knew he was trying to play with me and guess what I didn’t fall for it either!!

The problem I have is that they insisted the box I brought wasn't good enough so I was charged 5.99 for a new one. Ok, if you insist I'll play ball. It's no biggie. But then they had the nerve to charge me 1.99 for the two strips of tape they used to seal the box and then another 2.99 for the labor of folding the box and taping it up. Literally 30 seconds of action and two strips of tape cost me an additional five dollars. That is 100% a scam and I will absolutely never come back to this location. I'd rather drive three miles up the road to the other location just to avoid these thieves. Absolutely ridiculous.

- RBRk BoutDec 15, 20255.0Dropped off package. Yesterday store hours on ups locations for this store incorrectly said open until 6pm Sunday. Hours on Sunday until 4pm. A few customers including myself drove here to find it closed. This location is directly across from HEB and sits between Cornucopia and the new Tumble 22 restaurant . Off of Thorpe lane in the small shopping center next to the larger one. Can use the larger drive way and turn into smaller shopping center . Same center as Marco Pizza. This UPS store is small but the UPS truck was leaving here little after 10am when I pulled up. They offer mailboxes for rental also.
