- KMkameron martinez5 days ago5.0I went in to send off my phone for replacement. And upon arrival Mr. Patel notified me I didn't have all the information. So I called customer service to get the correct shipping information. After 1hr of back and forth on the phone with customer service. Mr Patel went above and beyond and even spoke to the rep on the phone to help me get the right information. At the end of the day my phone was sent off correctly with the help from Mr.Patel that took time out of his day to try to help me with my phone vendor. Super friendly and helpful.

- DWD WileyJan 20, 20261.0I had a REALLY terrible experience with a VERY RUDE employee. I was very surprised as I know this business hasn’t been there that long. Not sure if they will make it. When I asked if I could drop off USPS packages I was told that I could not drop off small packages of that size (12x12x4). I asked this because the other UPS store in San Marcos offers this as a service. When I asked her “up to what size do you take” she got angry and said “we don’t take them at all”. She answered by saying “they’ve already picked up today”. When I clarified that, I just wanted to know what sizes they did except she said. “We don’t take them”. And then she told me they “don’t take them at all as of today”. Very rude and very non-customer centric. They have lost my business for good and I don’t recommend anyone using them. I wish these reviews let you leave less than 1 star.
