  New opening hours of 8 is terrible. 7:30 was very time efficient. Now opening at 8 with one person at the counter and multiple people in line, this seems to be a pretty consistent issue and just horrible all around.

  I went in to ship a thermal scope back to the manufacturer for warranty. They immediately told me they don't ship guns or anything to do with guns. Wait just a mintute, UPS does ship guns, and ammo, and accessories. I have been in this business for quite a while and was shocked when theybtold me this. Im basically trying to ship a thermal camera and am being told no. You can't make this stuff up. I contacted UPS and they said I could in fact ship it, appoligized, and said should go somewhere else to complete my transaction. You're right, I should go to FedEx. I don't see anything on here talking about scopes.

  The owner is telling employees things that are not UPS policy. I was returning UGGS boots in their box. UGGS says to just tape the box and ship it that way. The shoes are in a sturdy cardboard box. The employee still made me buy “packing materials” which was literally just a plastic bag. I was told it was so the box doesn’t get damaged during shipping….a plastic bag. The owner put his store in a location that is terrible and is now nickel and dining customers. I guess it takes a lot of plastic bags to pay a lease and franchise fees
