- LBLeland BarrowJan 5, 20261.0The owner is telling employees things that are not UPS policy. I was returning UGGS boots in their box. UGGS says to just tape the box and ship it that way. The shoes are in a sturdy cardboard box. The employee still made me buy “packing materials” which was literally just a plastic bag. I was told it was so the box doesn’t get damaged during shipping….a plastic bag. The owner put his store in a location that is terrible and is now nickel and dining customers. I guess it takes a lot of plastic bags to pay a lease and franchise fees
