  The owner is telling employees things that are not UPS policy. I was returning UGGS boots in their box. UGGS says to just tape the box and ship it that way. The shoes are in a sturdy cardboard box. The employee still made me buy “packing materials” which was literally just a plastic bag. I was told it was so the box doesn’t get damaged during shipping….a plastic bag. The owner put his store in a location that is terrible and is now nickel and dining customers. I guess it takes a lot of plastic bags to pay a lease and franchise fees

  Quick and efficient service. Utilize this location for amazon and nuuly returns numerous times with no hicciups. Also sent out some packages to family and it was just as quick to get everything done- nice staff and customer service.

  This review is not for the employees who are very chill and helpful but for UPS itself. Charging a $3.00 computer use fee to print out a return label when the print itself is $0.25 cents is ludicrous.
