I walk in, drop off the package and legit don’t get asked any questions and just get my receipt and leave. Walked in another time and felt like I was asked 21 questions and given a lesson about how delivering packages works. I don’t need a lesson on how the packages end up flipping over I know what happens to packages when they get shipped. Guy got my package and started shaking it and flipping it aggressively which is like alright, didn’t need to do all that. Not sure if he’s new and following a script but wasted 7 minutes of my time. The package ended up spilling contents everywhere when it got delivered by the way which has not ever happened with my packages so I’m not happy about that

However the quality of my material was poor, I was expecting something better from this company, I paid 54 USD after taxes for 100 cards, I was really disappointed. I would say, good service, bad quality (at least for business cards)
