They want you to buy their boxes so bad. Doing a return & at first the guy told me it can’t be in a bag, needs to be a box. Then I box it up in some usps boxes I have and now bro says that the Box can’t say priority boxes…. Okay so can I grab a marker and scratch it off ? “No it can’t, it needs to be in a bag” like what bro? You’re just wasting my time so I can buy one of your overpriced boxes.

First time doing a review. A very rude lady attended me. I went to try to pick up a package that was delayed but they have it there. She looked for it but gave me an excuse that she can't give it to me because they have to scan it and if they do they are charging me $18 so she can give it to me.

Horrible. How do you get a package the night before and still can’t deliver it the next day? Incompetence or laziness?
