She looked for it but gave me an excuse that she can't give it to me because they have to scan it and if they do they are charging me $18 so she can give it to me.

These delivers tend to misplace people's mail, bc I've received other people's mail in my box countless of times. So I wouldn't be shocked if these clowns put my package, that I paid for in someone else's box and just check off the list that it was delivered. They need to be held accountable and compensate for their lack of deliveries.
