- CVChris VelasquezJan 18, 20261.0My family and I have been using this post office for several years without any issues. However, beginning ar Iound the summer of last year (2025), the level of customer service has significantly declined. The staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. They refuse to inform us when our PO Box payment is due, and on multiple occasions they have denied us access to packages that were addressed to our PO Box. In some instances, packages we ordered were returned to the sender before we were given the opportunity to pick them up. We have also been told by staff that we are “not supposed to receive packages” at this location, despite the fact that we have been receiving packages at this post office for years without issue until recently. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
- OOoriginalJCSep 29, 20251.0If I could rate this play zero stars, I would worst customer service from a post office ever they choose not to let my packages go when I show up five minutes after they close and everyone still there and they don’t answer their damn phone also when I’m trying to get information out about my package and states my item was too large and I know for a fact, it was not even in a large box so that was a lie also by them it sucks because I have to deal with this every other week and they choose not to deliver my packages and I have to pick them up when I work and they’re not even available to give me a call or say the real reason why they’re not delivering the package packages
