Been to two other post office on the north side and by University hospital and they have self checkout for drop offs and someone standing waiting to help you! For this post office being as big as it is very little help!?!?

I've waited in the lobby in line for over 30 minutes and still didn't make it to the teller. They need to hire more employees or have quicker service. You should not have to wait over 30 minutes to mail out a package. UPS is faster and hardly any lines.
