  Twice in the last year an employee named Elizabeth has made an assumption that I am pregnant. TWICE. I cannot have any more children and this has affected me so much. Another kind employee checked on me and then asked how I was doing the following day when I had to go back in. But I cannot understand how an employee is allowed to make comments about anyone’s bodies. She has no regard for how those kinds of comments affect others. I am disgusted that it happened once, but twice is completely unacceptable.

  Really wonderful customer service at this UPS Store. I was helped by a young man, JUAN, who was very polite, friendly, professional, courteous, and with a truly excellent attitude and disposition. Even on a weekend late afternoon, he was attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the whole visit. He is without a doubt a true asset to his boss and this UPS Store.

  Elizabeth was so courteous and kind. She had such a beautiful smile and although ive been to this store on occasion, she made feel even more.welocomed than the first time. She was quick knowledgeable and so accommodating. Thank you

  Gosh words are not enough for the wonderful customer service Juan provided to me today. He was amazing to say the least. He is an example of what a kind, outstanding human being, and should be set as an example and what others in your store should model. No I have not dealt with anyone else. This is my first time; however, I just wanted to give him the kuddos and appreciate of what a great employee that regardless of how he feels inside about his job, he projected that he loves to work and do his job well while provided above and beyond customer service. This is something to be proud of because you cant find great customer service these days. You go other places and you see they people these days don't like their job, or hate to work and then they project and reflect that on their work ethics. But with Juan, honestly couldn't tell you how he feels truly inside about life or work; however, what I can tell you is that he walked in to work today and projected outwardly, work ethics of I love my job and I am going to do it to the best of my ability! And he truly did!!! IM COMING BACK HERE FROM NOW JUST TO SEE JUAN SERVICE ME FOR MY PACKAGES! Juan DESERVES a reward for his outstanding achievement and work ethics! Please rewarded him at least with a $25 gift card or something of monetary value that says we want to keep you here and we see your efforts. And why I mentioned $25 or more is because usually thats one lunch or dinner meal these days. And also a higher amount says you care about keeping good employees. Definitely recommend this store and go see Juan best employee I delt with at any UPS store!

  The customer service I received from the person who helped me. I've been here before and there's an older lady with very short hair who is rude. But this guy who helped me today was very friendly and knowledgeable.
