    Both young ladies working @13:06 on April 2nd, need additional training and guidance. Both of them kept asking each other questions about the customers needs that often resulted in “I don’t know” and one young lady had to phone a friend. I’m going to another ups for them to verify the questions I had, as their confusion was not confirmation enough.

    I stopped into The UPS Store and had the pleasure of working with Ned Jesse, and he made the entire experience quick and easy. He was polite, professional, and prompt from the start. He handled my issue efficiently and got me back on my way without any delays. What stood out most was that he didn’t stop there. He also took the time to provide guidance on another situation I was dealing with, which ended up helping me more than I expected. That level of awareness and willingness to help is rare and appreciated. If you’re heading into this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Jesse.
