- TPTommy PonsApr 16, 20261.0The one star isn't for shipping or staff issues. It has to do with the grossly overpriced xerox copies. While every other store in town charges around .40 cents for a bw 11x17, this store now charges $2.25 !!!! For a single copy. Other stores charge $1.00 for a scan. This store charges $5 !!!! I called stores in Manhattan, San Francisco, Beverly hills and ask their prices... they were all less than half of what this pirate UPS store charges. Someone with UPS corporate needs to look into this robbery in broad daylight.

Bear have excellent customer service and they are able to answer all the questions that I may have about printing shipping threading. I'm constantly coming to this store with my Amazon returns, and they always joke with me, and I told them I think I should have an office in the store! They are very caring and seem like they'd be great co-workers! I also had my will and my power of attorney notarized there.
