  I’ve used this location for years with no issues—it’s clean and the staff are always friendly. But a recent experience left a bad impression. I needed to package an Amazon return and grabbed a roll of tape they had for sale. There was no clear price posted, so I assumed it would be reasonable. At checkout, I was shocked to be charged $19.99 for the tape—bringing my total to $22. The price was hidden on a sticker inside the roll. For context, you can get a two-pack of the exact same tape at Walmart for under $4. Charging $20 for one roll without clearly displaying the price feels misleading. It also makes me question what other pricing practices might not be transparent and leaves me not trusting this business as much. Just a heads-up: bring your own packing supplies or you may pay way more than expected.

  Always outstanding service. Yes, they get busy but they handle it well and always seem well staffed. Staff are kind and knowledgeable. Brittany was extra kind during my Amazon drop off.

  This is my favorite store to ship packages to my family, I recommend going to this location , the managers are always there.exvellent customer service.
