  I went in the store and told them I need certified mail, and the guy didn't tell me its through the usps, after he gave me a receipt with tracking number, he didn't stamp it i found out later after going to the postal service asking why I cant track the number. I then return to ups store and ask what happen he blame the usps, Im done with both, from now on I will use other ways, they lost my business for life, I spent a 100. Dollar on a gift card, for my mom's birthday and the 2nd year in a row they lost it. Too much stealing! Im using e-cards no more ups, or usps.

  I went to the store a couple of hours ago and was greeted by Penny, one of the rudest workers I have ever met. Instead of "Hello, how may I help you," I was met with, "what do you need? (in aggressive tone)." When I said, I needed to return a package. She said, "put it over there." I asked her if she was asking ot telling me. When I asked to use better customer service and courtesy, she rolled her eyes and denied saying what she had said and rudely handed me my receipt. I visit this store often to send things out. I have always felt welcomed and treated well. But this time, I guess was that one time when the worker didn't want to be at work. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had simply apologized for the misunderstanding and watched her tone. Instead, she continued to use a rough authoritative tone and argue that she did nothing wrong. I hope you teach this young lady manners and how to de-escalate a situation rather than arguing with customers. This young lady is definitely not customer friendly!

  Both the assistant manager Penny and her employee were rude no type of friendly interaction. Misinformation on pricing and ride. Never again

  The UPS store at 14080 Nacogdoches Rd San Antonio, TX has always been very helpful and on this last visit the customer service representative came and helpful me with the new Amazon Kiosk to walk me through my returns. It was so quick and easy so thankful for this store.

  This location is the best San Antonio has to offer. Always a pleasant experience with the staff and never had a lost shipment.
