He seemed like he was having a bad day, he then asked for my 2 forms which i gave to him and then he said i couldnt use them just cause i My DL had my middle name spelled out and on the system was just the letter M same everything else , i told him ive never had any issues in 3 years ive been doing prints for my job, he was just rude i asked for a manager then he said well im the manager, i left upset because this was a important matter that had to be done, went to another location where they were super friendly where ive gotten them done before they helped me and said my DL was not a issue, that he dont understand why he couldnt help me I will not visit this location anymore,
