- AMAnthony MartinezApr 4, 20261.0This is actually my first negative review. I usually leave positive reviews, and I try to be a fair person when I share feedback. That said, I would not recommend this FedEx Office location. In my experience, this location has refused FedEx packages that were rerouted there, which has been very frustrating. I have also gone here before to have items packaged and shipped, and the customer service was disappointing. One employee in particular, who reminded me of Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys because of his magnified eyewear, had a very poor attitude and was not helpful. I would recommend using the FedEx Office at Huebner Oaks Center instead, or even the UPS Store in Leon Springs. There is also another FedEx location just down the road near Huebner that I would suggest over this one.

FedEx MX said it was illegal to cross, I went back to talk to the person in charge and she didn’t know what she was doing, the solution she gave me was to call customer service as they do not know anything. Why do they have people here without knowing what they can ship? Are they properly trained to perform this work? Or why I wasn’t told it was illegal? Now FedEx Mx wants me to pay something that it was t my fault and FedEx US does not want to help me.
