  Was there on 12/04/25 at 6:15pm (they close at 7pm), I was reminded 2-3 times that "we close at 7pm so as long as it is before that" when I asked things like can I buy a box to package the items I have here, despite closing in 45min. On top of that, they will trick you into paying their packaging fees. e.g. "Can I buy a box to package my things in" "Oh we can do that for you" "Is there a cost with that" "Yes" Then after I said I would do it on my own, they still ended up taping my box on the top for me "we can do that" without telling me I'd have an additional $15 fee on top of it with a separate transaction on my credit card "Fedex Creative Service." Really bad customer service that could have been a lot better without an impatient person at the counter and more transparent communication
