- SESandra EsquivelMar 11, 20251.0I would rate this zero stars if that was possible! This post office is notorious for “losing” packages or delivering to wrong addresses. They 100% have inside employer theft. People please call the post matter to file your complaints. This has been going on since they opened and they aren’t taking responsibility. In one case, a postal worker signed the delivery confirmation ticket for a post office box that is no longer in use but only the post office would know that. I only found out because I got a copy of the confirmation and called the real owner of the post office box and he said he hasn’t used that box since his father passed but didn’t stop the auto payment for the box. I emailed him the signed confirmation and he verified it was his name and obviously his phone number but not his writing. They keep that information at the post office and one of the employees used it to steal the package thinking no one was monitoring that mailbox.

This is considered the 2nd worst post office in the city according to an employee from another location I went to and complained about them at. Twice in one week my packages were delivered to a completely different house. Not even on my street at that. Thankfully that resident was kind enough to bring it back to my house when they realized it was the wrong address. If you live in the delivery zone of this post office station, might as well switch to a PO box and hope for the best
- IGIris GibsonApr 9, 20221.0Went to send out mail on Saturday and post office closed at 3PM. I got there ten minutes late. I dropped my mail in box inside and collection time said 1245. So that means my mail is going to sit there until Monday. I lived in a small town where you had until 5pm to drop mail in box to go out on Saturday. This does not makes sense when you hear people there.
