Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. This branch was closed at 1030a on a Wednesday. Sign posted on the door clearly says open from 8:30a-5p. There were several customers outside waiting and no one came. I found out that they are only open from 8:30-9:30a for walk-ins from a Yelp review.

What the average customer fails to realize is that when a bureaucratic, subsidized government entity such as the post office exists they have no responsibility to provide good service. Certain tasks must go through USPS, so even though options like FedEx, DHL, UPS exist the post office can continue to dole out insufficient services. Educate yourself and vote accordingly. Lastly, this is my personally assigned post office and it's a nightmare trying to get them to be responsible in any way. Best of luck citizens.

Absolutely worse service I have ever had by USPS. the guy working there takes matters personal and not professionally. the people at the desk were nice though and helpful. because of him and the way he treated me next time I have an option I will not choose USPS. pretty sad because I always had good things to say until today. Edit: they have gotten even worse. Mail lady still refuses to deliver my mail. After multiple complaints and incidences with her their leadership tells me (give me a chance to talk to her) it’s been over 12 times she’s refused to deliver my mail and nothing changes. She has written letters on college transcripts that I paid for that I can’t use and he has cost me valuable time by withholding mail like my son with autisms prescriptions. This place is a joke.

Not only did the overcharge me for day old poultry in 2 different occasions. I waited 40 mins for a refund and then the man Gregg who I'm assuming was a supervisor was yelling at me and refused to give me my r ceipt back saying I would go to another post office and try to get another refund when they are the ones overcharging ppl to begin with. The package I shipped mysteriously was never delivered and they gave me the run around about it. I will NEVER use this post office. I'd sooner pay Fed Ex or UPS double before I expose myself to these fraudulent unprofessional ppl ever again. Also I have had packages lost from this facility several times.
