I was in and out super quick and the clerk was able to take care of everything while I was standing right there - so different than past experiences! I really like how USPS is innovating these days!

Horrible customer service or lack thereof is what I experienced from that Norbit looking character named Alex. The individual was unhelpful, impatient, condescending, & smug to say the least.

James is by far the BEST person I have ever worked with. I lost a receipt and he helped me find it so quickly and was so nice! I appreciate him so so very much! Huge shoutout to James!

I have had mixed experiences here. Some employees are wonderful, and some are lacking. It depends on the day and who is helping you. What prompted me to write this review is what happened today - as I was checking out, the card reader asked what I would rate my experience. Before I could even answer, the employee helping me selected “good” because she wanted positive feedback. I would have answered that as well if she had not robbed me of my response.
I really did not appreciate that.
