Waste of time. Went for a passport renewal which you CANNOT make an appointment for yet you must still wait to be attended to by passport personnel, even with your paperwork completed. On their website it states that they accept walk-ins. When you get there, they have a sign stating “no walk-ins until further notice”. There were 5 people behind the counter yesterday and NO LINE for people shipping packages, yet only one person working on passports with one young lady for over 45 minutes, while two of us were waiting to be attended to. Wasted an hour there and left without being attended to.
