    If I could give them -1 I would. This Station is an absolute mess and disorganized. Our neighborhood has been hit with constant mail theft. I went into the station and filled out a hold card and to my surprise two weeks later I’m still getting mail and some of it has been stolen.

    Some employees are friendly, helpful, and professional; some others are not. On June 3rd, they lost a valuable package, and they promised a refund of shipping plus insurance, almost $200. Every time I call, they hang up I delivered two letters requesting the refund as I was instructed, still after months of waiting NOTHING

    These offices are extremely irresponsible. I’m a new resident in the Silverado area near Timberwood, and I’ve already been one month without a mailbox key. Some of my neighbors have told me they’ve been waiting up to five months for theirs, which shows a serious lack of organization. This incompetence has caused me to miss important personal matters, since I can’t receive my mail on time. I constantly have to go to the office to pick it up, and many times they don’t even have it there, because they say the driver has it. To this day, no one has told me when I’ll get my new mailbox key, and I’m still waiting without any help. Every time I go to the office to talk about this issue, there are too many people, the staff is neither professional nor courteous, and no one actually resolves the problem.
