  Probably the worst customer service EVER! Totally went to another post office and was so much easier to work with. Lazy Staff at this location. Dude with curly hair and earrings totally could have said “I don’t feel like working today” instead of giving me a lame excuse of not sending out my package!

  Zero stars! Very bad customer service and rude worker dude on his phone instead of offering help. I also needed tape (tape was right next to him) and he refused and said they don't do that. Hmmm - they just did that last time I sent a small package. No other customer in line, so it's not like they were in the weeds.

  There has been a complete lack of communication and consistency between postmasters at this location. When we moved into our home, we confirmed the placement of our mailbox with the postmaster, and it was approved. However, months later, we began receiving notices from our mail carrier stating that our mail would no longer be delivered unless the mailbox was moved forward a few inches. We contacted the post office multiple times and on three separate occasions we were told by the postmaster that the current placement was acceptable and that there should not be an issue. Despite this, another postmaster later contradicted the previous approvals and dismissed the situation in a rude and unprofessional manner, even in front of other employees. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion, and it reflects poor internal communication and a lack of respect toward customers who are simply trying to follow the instructions they were originally given.

  All employees are very very attentive here, going above expectations ensuring everything's safely getting where it's going. It's the genuine care that makes me happy with all services being done at this location. Round of applause too all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My brother was talking to some man named Duncan and he was being very rude and disrespectful and I heard him cussing at my brother and he hung up on him. So I decide to call back to do a complaint and he tells me that I can do the complaint with him .then Duncan realize the complaint was about him, so he started being rude and disrespectful to me.so I ask for his manager and Duncan says that she won't be until next week Tuesday and he laughs.Like if it's funny.
