I have been calling for hours with no response. I already put in an official report with USPS. Don’t forget to review here but also do an official complaint!

I would give it zero starts if it was possible. I made an appointment and they were over 20 minutes late, the lady was rude, treated me like I was stupid, was loud for all to hear my information, and unhelpful. I am disappointed. You would do yourself a favor to avoid this location. They would benefit by correcting this employee. According to all these other reviews this is a problem here.

I had a nightmarish experience at this USPS location and feel I must warn anyone with a kind heart. On Wednesday, November 12th, around 12:15 pm, I met a short, bald man—maybe named George—who refused to help me. He scrutinized my papers, mocked my intelligence, and coldly told me to leave. I approached with respect, yet was met with sheer cruelty, leaving me shaken and humiliated. To anyone seeking real help here: don’t bother. Drop your mail in the box and leave immediately. This place offers only coldness, condescension, and mental torment. Beware. Stay safe.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. They are very rude and won’t really help you. If you ask for something they will lie about what the usps can do for your even though it’s a public office. They are not worth being opening and are so mean and disrespectful to the elderly and young. Avoid this location and all the employees here at all cost for your. 1 star for them is far to generous. They deserve less than nothing . Be safe here people, I warned you.

No reason for my packages to take hours if not days to update
