How could an informed delivery service claim it was delivered? I went to the post office, and the mail and parcel staff patiently helped me search. Thankfully, I found it, avoiding a loss. The delivery person didn't put the package in the giant parcel locker or leave a receipt in the small mailbox saying I had to pick it up at the post office.
