- AMAlan MarlingFeb 14, 20261.0I mail packages to my grandkids in San Antonio & this is their post office. Several times they go missing for days after tracking says they are out for delivery. Most recently, (2/13/2026) it was delivered in a parcel locker,but no key was put in the mail box. Either, they didn't actually deliver the package, or, they put the key in the wrong mailbox. So we are at the mercy of whom ever has the key. From now on I'll be using UPS.

Maybe it was his stoic demeanor or maybe it was the way he repeated something to me in a condescending way. Overall, quick and decent experience but maybe tell that guy to ease up a bit. It’s very off putting at the very least.
