- SSStopLosingMyMail!Dec 8, 20251.0Very frequently within the last year my mail has not been delivered at all to the recipient. It got lost with the Christmas cards, but contained a check for the city. At least 5 mail pieces that I know of, from emails sent to me daily from USPS about what to expect in the day’s mail have never been delivered. On occasion a neighbor has put them in my mailbox later in the day. I believe the mail carrier may be delivering them to another 426 on another street. He also walks right through my yard, rain or shine, tracking mud all over the porch and smashing down my newly planted grass. The system of reporting such things is unreasonable and requires weeks of waiting while my mail drifts further and further away into some landfill. I’m not impressed at all with this post office.
