Y’all state you couldn’t access delivery location even though it’s sunny out and my address isn’t gated. My address is also clearly marked on balcony. Poor excuse to not deliver my package, it appears the delivery driver wanted to skip out on a few things.

Nothing supports for us to communicate via email, X, and it’s too hard to get someone on the phone. We have theft happening so often - we are not an insecure residential area - we believe it’s an inside job!
