Shockingly rude or shockingly nice; visibly watched my fragile packages get thrown into the back. A shame this is the only late open post office, or that a few people here seem to hate their job with fervor.

Go to this location if you have plenty of Time or you know how to use the self service machine. I was short on time because I went during my lunch break. Only one lady in front of me. I have two packages one with QR Code and the other one needs a label. Once at the counter the clerk (an older lady) tells me that I need to buy one of the supply labels they have there to attach to the package??? I thought they printed a label when you pay for shipping. Anyways, I get out of the line to fill out one of their supply labels, It starts getting busy, once I’m done with the label the line is long and have to wait another 15 minutes for her to PRINT A LABEL and stick it to package. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Additionally, noticed another clerk being very rude and disrespectful to two men that could not speak English very well and they were not being rude at all. Very disappointing. This serves as a lesson, should’ve used the self serve kiosk or just gone to my usual USPS office.

Experienced a significant gap in customer service and professionalism at this location. My initial interaction with one clerk went beyond a refusal to help - it was marked by subtle hostility and active disengagement, turning an unhelpful interaction into an openly disrespectful one. I was genuinely relieved to be assisted by Annabel, whose professionalism and clarity were a BLESSING Aafter an otherwise ugly experience. The first clerk told Annabel she would fail a secret shopper test for protocol, yet the irony is that this clerk could have failed for customer care where Annabel excelled!! Secret Shoppers measure not only compliance but also the ability to inform, guide, and resolve for the customer. This experience reflects a deeper disregard for some USPS workers value for customers and for USPS’s own standards of accountability and service principles. The first clerk refused to identify herself. Avoiding responsibility does not erase the issue, it reinforces the need for this type of feedback.

I would like to extend my deepest resentment for this location after the unbelievable nightmare that has taken place over a package of mine. In late June, I was supposed to have a package delivered to my doorstep, instead the mailman never knocked & instead left a slip in my mailbox that's nowhere near my apartment, to go pick up my package. I went to pick it up, informed them that the name on the package was a nickname, & was told I was not allowed to collect it. Even though in the past, I had been told on more than one occasion that it was fine, as long as I let them know. I then provided as much evidence as I could gather, proving that I was who I said I was, & I was handled very rudely by the staff member, & ultimately refused my package worth 500$. I was then told it would be sent back, which it wasn't, I had to go in on a separate day to complain about why it hadn't moved, & they refused to let me speak to the supervisor. And now because of the amazing service of this location & it's staff, I didn't receive my package in time for the extremely expensive event it was meant for to begin with. I truly hope I never have to deal with this location or it's staff ever again. It is extremely unprofessional that the fate of your package is left up to whichever employee you get at any given time.
