Came in to get my daughters passport waited in the correct line and luckily I told my daughter to stand in regular lane and when she got up to the lane after 30min they told her she needed to get her photos done at a walgreens or cvs and the girl that does the passports wouldn't be in for another 15-20min.

I'm not able to stand for 40 min or more in a line that's slow moving and customer service that is very unacceptable. Here, They have two lines hardly even moving... mentally staff is either absent or very inefficient to help with just picking up or getting keys. I can't believe there's people drawing a check here but didn't know what they are doing and I'm going to talk to all these people that are so called in charge.. Look at this photo I almost poked my hand trying to balance myself almost got shredded here. Another complaint just doesn't make sense here and they are going to tell me they are on it.. That's a lie. People make you voices heard we do not have to put up with this. I'm not!!!

Spend more the 45 minutes just for address change ( did it on-line but they requested additional identity verification) if YOU are able to go elsewhere, I’d highly recommend.
- GPGabby PattonDec 20, 20251.0When I say I HATE having to come to this post office. The line is this long. Every day. No matter the time. They have no urgency, or concern for customers. I watched a woman stand at the “quick service door” for over 20 minutes with no assistance. When someone finally opened it - not for her, but a different customer — she asked if anyone would tend the door. The employee literally said, “I mean if they haven’t answered yet, probably not. It’s hit or miss” - LIKE. WHAT?! This review won’t matter to them but if YOU are able to go elsewhere, I’d highly recommend.
