absolutely disappointed with the service of the delivery team, there’s a new guy on a route in a newly developed area , scanning delivered packages and nowhere near close to my house. the times does not add up with the delivery , theirs nothing the office can do but you also can’t search for your package but on top of that they can’t release who scanned the package or release the route in which the package was quote on quote delivered.pathetic service from the driver and office for not showing atleast a bit of effort in locating the package . we’re now at a total of $1,254.16 cents of stolen /misplaced packages . thank you usps

Overall this post office is much like any other and you should expect a wait depending on the time of day you go. I had two incidents of bad service from Lorraine, who I believe is a manager, and after giving me attitude on both occasions, I interacted with her she also went onto to blame the carriers for two separate times that I received misinformation ( one of them being from her) I also had that experience with Samuel, who works the front desk. After losing faith in the information that was being provided from Lorraine, I asked him to speak to his manager to which he replied with a snarky remark that I had already been given the information from Lorraine. Lo and behold the other person I spoke to managed to get the job done, and I finally received my keys within the hour. I am glad that I did not listen to Samuel because if I would’ve dropped it like he wanted me to I still would be here without my keys and possibly having to take another trip to this post office. Thank you to Eeuler (unsure if this is correct spelling of his name) who got the matter resolved professionally and efficiently!! I hope that this gets addressed and that lorraine and samuel get spoken to because they did create a lot of inconvenience for myself and the audacity to give attitude was definitely not needed nor helpful in any manner. My advice to anyone visiting this post office in the future: Don’t be afraid to escalate your issues if you feel they’re not being tended to properly and always asked to speak to the next level of command.
