I live in an apartment and I’ve lost count as to how many times I’ve had to ask someone to send something again cause it wasn’t delivered even though it says it was. Another one was lost today and now I have to hope the merchant will refund or just eat it and lose money again. The carrier never knows anything they act oblivious and everyone passes the blame to the next person. You can’t call cause no one answers and the line will eventually just hang up on you saying it’s too busy try again later. Awful service and it sucks cause I dont have a choice. I have NEVER had a good experience with this post office or anyone who works here.

Complaints yield no resolution. I will no longer do business at this location and will only do business with USPS when required, when there is no other option. People work too hard for their money to be disrespected while handing it over to nasty employees. You're driving business away from your organization with the lack of care you exhibit. May you reap the nastiness you sow.
