I had several packages to send, and he made me do his job of putting stamps and labels on the envelopes, something that's their responsibility. I wouldn't mind doing it if they bothered to give instructions on how to do it, but the very rude man just told me to do it myself. How? Because it's their job, that's what they get paid for! I damaged the letters, I put the stamps in the wrong place, and I had to do everything all over again. Someone from inside came out to explain how to do it. I wonder, don't they train these people to deal with the public? If they have so much work, why don't they hire more people? Everyone there told him that it was his job to put the stamps on the letters. What a disappointment! These people shouldn't be working in customer service. How much should they deduct from my bill for doing half of their job? No wonder they have so few reviews.

- LCLaura CervantesNov 29, 20251.0Multiple times, this post office "delivers" my package to the parcel locker, but doesn't bother providing the key. I have had to call multiple times to state my package shows as being delivered, only to find it's not in the cubby, and I have no key either. There have also been multiple book of the month orders I swear the postal worker must just be stealing - one time I had to have them redeliver my books TWICE because it showed delivered to the parcel locker and was nowhere to be found. Most recently, I had two things that were supposed to have been delivered to the parcel locker and LOW AND BEHOLD I HAVE NO KEY. This post office should honestly be investigated for theft at this point because they are constantly stealing packages from Silver Oaks, Hills of Shaenfield, and probably many others. I'm absolutely disgusted.
