    Richland Hills Branch PO: Waiting for a while at the back window for someone to come. No one came until I yelled hello only to have him say that he was closed. There are NO Signs on the window for closing times. It’s sad that we are at the mercy of rude PO workers!

    Absolutely horrible experience constantly. This location and the delivery person/ people assigned to my area are the absolute worst. My mail is always misplaced or I don’t ever get my packages. They won’t come actually get mail when you schedule a pickup. I truly don’t understand how incompetent you must be to not be able to follow simple directions or tasks. Any request I’ve made for missing mail has never bee fulfilled. No communication, these people DO NOT CARE. It’s never ending and I know nothing I can do will change this. It’s truly unfair and not right these delivery people lie that they’ve placed a locket key in my box. No you didn’t. I’ve had checks go missing or sent back for no reason, packages that say a key is left and delivered but nothing is on my box. These people lie and are not smart enough to do this job. Please hire better workers.

    This is the 3 times my mail shows delivered on the website and emails notifications but nothing in my mail box I lost government letters and identification because them and they are not doing anything to my mail carrier because he through my mail in the trash and in his computer saying delivered this is so unacceptable and I can’t believe this is the USPS. 3 times all my mail was gone in 4 months this is intentional but I don’t know why no one doing anything and they don’t even hear people when I complain So much unprofessional people and there are no way to talk to someone in charge of them

    Never in my life have we lived somewhere where the USPS is such a cluster! Today marks the THIRD lost package in the last six months. Today's incident is absolutely not due to vandalism or theft. Providing the tracking info at the USPS is worthless as they are unable to provide any new information. Tracking shows delivered in box but reality is, that is not the case. I understand the bandwidth of the mail carrier however if this is a recurring situation, maybe a bit more attention to detail is warranted. Absolutely disgusted at this use and waste of our tax dollars.

    Horrible office. Was supposed to get 2 packages from the same sender delivered the same day. Only received 1 and the other package says insufficient address and will be returned to sender. HOW CAN ONE PACKAGE HAVE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS lTS FROM THE SAME PERSON! I called the regional office and spoke to someone she agreed with me and was so nice too bad she doesn’t work here !! I’ve been trying to call all afternoon can’t get a hold of anyone. Tried calling this morning and it says it’s closed when I know you open at 8am!!! Now I have to go down there for YOUR mistake !
