The issue arose when on the receipt it showed someone else’s tracking information as well as mine because he weighed both together giving my package the same weight as the other persons at 2lb 3.80 oz when I told him that wasn’t my items weight he kept saying it didn’t matter because it was a prepaid label. Giving someone else’s tracking information to another person is a violation of privacy and raises safety concerns but then randomly grouping peoples packages and in putting the wrong weight just shows the lack of service.
