They don’t help you with lost mail, even if you show proof of USPS “delivering” to your box. THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, EVEN IF U FILE A CLAIM OR REFUND OR A RESCHEDULE REQUEST.. I’VE DONE ALL THIS. JUST CONTACT YOUR BANK FOR A FULL REFUND ON YOUR LOST ITEM. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME WAITING IN LINE FOR THAT. —ZERO STARS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE—

If you can get your items at a different location please do. They lost two packages for my family so far in the last two months and when you come there to communicate with them there is no assistance.

The folks behind the counter were helpful two weekends in a row. I got advice, envelopes, and paperwork needed to mail a letter internationally. Today I successfully sent it off. The folks behind the counter were working hard to get everyone serviced as quickly as possible. They acknowledged people as they walked in. I appreciated their hard work getting everyone through. They each had good attitudes and delivered good customer service.

Why have passport walk in hours if you don't accept more than four. Which it doesn't say online. The guy with red hair is very condescending and I try to avoid him if possible.

Not sure why it’s difficult to be decent to customers. I came to pick up packages after the mail person failed to even try and deliver to my door this past weekend. Left a note in my mailbox saying they attempted (which was untrue. I was home during the time they claim to have attempted and have cameras to prove they did not). I was inquiring about the protocol for delivering packages and the man at the counter went to get a supervisor. The supervisor came out defensive and quickly turned hostile. I did not get his name as he did not have a name tag and did not introduce himself. Did not ask me what happened but instantly started giving a reason for my packages not being delivered. I tried to explain that one of my packages was time sensitive and I wasted money as it was needed over the weekend. He kept interrupting my husband and got rude with him, raising his voice and speaking over him when my husband attempted to help me explain the issue which was the mail person claimed to have attempted a delivery when she in fact never did. He would not allow my husband to speak when he tried. The man only said they don’t deliver packages to the homes in my neighborhood due to increased theft and when we asked how long that’s been a policy, he claimed that was the case for about 3 months. Just a few weeks ago I had packages being delivered by them to the door so that is not true. He tried explaining they leave the packages inside a smart locker and won’t attempt to deliver yet the mail person marked the package as undeliverable saying she needed an access code to deliver it (no access code is needed). Every time we tried to get to the bottom of the issue, the supervisor met us with another argumentative response and seemed like we were trouble to even listen to and speak with. This interaction really left me bothered. Never have I had an experience like this with the postal service. If I can avoid this location, I absolutely will solely after the experience with the supervisor/manager
