She was the only one at the counter, working nonstop and doing her absolute best to keep everyone moving. I brought in my cute, fancy Pinterest-style wedding invitations without realizing that wax seals require a non-machinable stamp—and Crystal patiently walked me through everything I needed. She even weighed my invitations one by one to make sure none were overweight. Lowkey want to gatekeep this place, but they truly deserve recognition for treating their customers with so much care and attention. Exceptional service like this should be celebrated.
