Considering all the post office employee go through in these crazy times, I believe that have done a very good job hanging in there. The workers at the desk have all been friendly to me. I think too many people go there with the expectation that all services should be done very fast, this station serves many residents.

Only for them to tell me they will not help me due to me not being there at 12:20 pm, which mind you wasn’t the time I had my appointment. Not only were each of the 3 workers, 1 woman and 2 men I dealt with today rude, but highly unprofessional, more concerned about “taking a break” than helping someone during the time frame they had an appointment. I am highly dissatisfied and frankly felt disrespected.
- PSParker SJan 20, 20261.0i’m currently trying to get past the damn automated system and it won’t go through past “what are you calling about” i say representative it says it understands then asks again what for and i explain what it’s for and it saying sorry i don’t understand what are you calling about and ive been on a loop! i returned a package that is SUPPOSED to be shipped out to the company i bought it from. but i am 90% sure yall are sending me the same package back to my address. so im trying to fix it or see what is going on before it leaves the post office and yall can’t be bothered
