Very disappointed by Randy and Vincent. They also don’t have an accurate phone number online.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. There is a woman who works at this USPS location (an African American lady) who has been consistently rude to me every time I visit. She never speaks politely, doesn’t try to help, and often dismisses me by saying “I can’t help you” without even trying. I truly believe that if you work in a place that serves the public, you should be professional and respectful to everyone, no matter where they come from or what they look like. I always come in politely, and I leave feeling disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve fair and respectful treatment.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at this post office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and dismissive. We had an appointment to renew my daughter’s passport — confirmed and on time — yet when it was finally our turn, we were told that all evening appointments had been canceled with no explanation whatsoever. No notice, no apology, and no effort to help us reschedule. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when families take time out of their day for something as important as a passport renewal. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how poorly customers are being treated here.

Ordered package from TikTok shop and was notified that my package was “unable to be delivered due to insufficient address”. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the store for 2 days and can never reach anyone. Called USPS customer service and they told me that they couldn’t help me and I had to call the store to schedule redelivery even though I advices that I had called about 10 times with no luck. This company is the only one that has trouble delivering my packages.
