This used to be the better of the USPS but today with the staff there, Trump shoudl just close this USPS down since employees do not want to work. Never had an issue with getting a passport from here but the male cutomer service and the rest of theteam at 11:46am 3-2-26 dont offer customer service as they had in the past. Look if you guys dont want to be helpful then just find another job. Just witness people being sent out right and left and no service. I am glad I use clik n ship so I dont have to deal with people who do not want to be in customer service.

I had a very terrible experience with a clerk name iris, she even call herself a manager, she got some attitude.A horrible person shouldn’t be there. There is no negative stars to Rate her service otherwise I would do that.

Service was quick however the employee was rude and as I went to rate her on the screen she reached over and gave herself a green smiley face before I could even have a chance to reach up & tap it myself. Poor service but I hope that other employees are better

I had my mail put on hold until the lock on my mail box was fixed. I was expecting a credit card and even used the app to track it. The app shows a photo of the actual letter that was supposed be delivered on Sat 17, 2025. MLK day was Monday, so I had to pick it up on Tuesday. But guess what, no credit card. Someone basically stole my mail. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. Birthday cards unexpectedly get lost and forever never receiving mail with weight to them. Amazon envelopes are also available torn open. Someone needs to investigate the sticky fingers they have working at that specific location.

This USPS location was an absolute disappointment and a complete waste of space. The staff was not helpful at all and seemed genuinely uninterested in assisting customers, making the entire visit frustrating and miserable from start to finish. Instead of providing even basic guidance, I was met with poor attitudes and zero customer service. To make matters worse, for a public service location in a diverse community, the lack of bilingual-speaking workers is unacceptable and creates unnecessary barriers for customers who need assistance. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
