They said they refuse to scan and give receipts at the counter because they don't want to "hold up the line". They told me to use the self-service kiosk. I told them that does NOT count as an official scan. They insisted it did. I went to another post office and they confirmed prepaid packages MUST be scanned by an employee to be considered officially in the system. I hope somebody in USPS is reading these reviews and fixes the misinformation being spread at this location.

I went several times to this office but no body handled my situation,and nobody listen to me. system said your item is here but the lady supervisor said no it's not here and she is very disrespectful and doesn't listen to anyone she acts like this is her house not a government facility. Finally God helped me to get this package. For next time I will never order something here. Nobody will ever take care of your order. I saw more reviews about the lady, if there's any manager please talk to the lady to respect people if not please change her. Thanks
