- KKKristenDec 27, 20255.0This location of the United States Postal Service is absolutely fantastic!! :-) The staff are always very kind & helpful when I visit, and the space is very clean + well-kept. The wait is never particularly long, and they have great parking outside the store. Another huge bonus is that they are open on Saturday mornings, which is awesome! It makes things so much easier to have the option to drop items off for shipping on weekends. Thanks so much, USPS!!

After 7 Days.. I'm calling requesting explanation for none delivery ..and I'm told.. there is additional charge for this package because was mislabeled in Daytona Office?! I asked..why there was no notification at the door about it? "I don't know, I have to ask mailmen"... she answered?! Merry Christmas!

I used my sister's address because I wanted a gift for my mother, but she said she had to verify the address. My brother-in-law went to show them the contract with the correct address, but they still refused to deliver the package. The service was awful; I expected friendly and professional service, but the woman in charge of deliveries treated us differently simply because we spoke Spanish.

Multiple women who work there, one is Danielle, I believe, are all the rudest public servants I have ever met. I worked in libraries for 14 years and I cannot imagine speaking to the public the way they did. I know the quality of the postal service has gone down in the last decade but I did not expect all customer service principles to get thrown out the window. Truly a terrible experience. I will only be going back to fill out a formal survey on my next transaction. I hear the people at the Huebner office are much more knowledgeable and helpful.
