7 lost package in just the last month. As a small business owner this is absolutely unacceptable. I ship $6-7k worth of shipping labels annually, and this is exactly why I ship 90% of my items thru UPS now. Not a single issue with UPS in all of the years I've been using them. USPS has lost my business completely now. They can't even handle the little that I do ship thru them. Total incompetence. If you run a business from home or have a small family owned business DO NOT use USPS, you will regret it. They'll cost you countless money headaches if you do. Just bite the bullet and buy the slightly more expensive UPS/FedEx labels instead. It'll save you money and stress in the long run. Trust me. Absolute garbage mail carrier.

The sheer level of incompetence of the United States Post Office at actually delivering packages is mind boggling. If you run a small business who ships things to costumers, do not, I repeat, DO NOT ship your items thru USPS. They will cost you dearly in lost and/or broken packages annually. Just bite the bullet and the pay the tiny extra to ship your items thru UPS or FedEx. It will save you countless money and headaches over the years. USPS is by far the worst mail carrier you can use in the United States. They're slow, incompetent, careless, and just overall terrible at delivering mail. Trust me, use UPS or FedEx. You'll thank me later.
