So on Thursday, I went, and I mailed a very important animal genetics, testing kit that were supposed to go to Tallahassee, Florida. I was talking to the young lady. I gave her the young I showed her the envelope. She took it from my hand and I said, this is the address it is going to which was at the very top. And she put everything together for the U. P. S package and then she told me to look at the screen. I told her I cannot see this screen. I said I can get my glasses and she's like, no. This is the address you wanted it to correct. And I said, yes, then she mailed it off. So the problem comes in. When I get up this morning and there's a package at my door how about she mailed that package to me instead of to the animal genetics place in Tallahassee, Florida? So I went to the UPS store and I said, this package was mailed to me instead of this address store manager spoke to me. Her name was Carol. She immediately wanted to place the blame on me instead of her employee. Because she said I signed it, I said yes, ma'am. I did sign it but I also let the young lady know that I couldn't see the screen so she lifted the envelope and she said, this is the address you wanted it to correct. And I said yes, and then I signed it because I trusted what she was doing was her job, and that she was doing it correctly. Apparently she did not because a package was sent to me. There is $800 worth of kits in that package, and I needed to get these genetic tests done. Because there's swabs, so now I don't know if they're going to be any good and I cannot study my mail toy poodle, which I was going to get $1200 for him. Once the tests were complete, I can't even get that money. Because the test kits were mailed to me instead of to the animal clinic. Because the girl made a mistake and put my address down. Store manager was incompetent. She was not wanting to make a decision. And she wanted to place the blame on me. I don't understand what kind of customer service they provide at this location. But it's horrible and for the store manager not to take responsibility for her employees' mistake. It is disgusting. She doesn't even deserve to be the store. Manager Carol was not a good customer service. Individual you don't place the entire situation on the customer and tell the customer that they're at fault. I am very disgusted.
