They were so much on the same page, they did not have to even tell each other anything about who has or has not been helped. The flow was smooth and the vibe was awesome. While I waited on my fax I just stood back and watched them, all I could do was smile. Great service! Keep up the good work!!!!!

There’s a difference between being assertive and aggressive, which is how I perceive him every time I use this location. I had a return with 2 labels from Zappo but it turned out to be the same return label for both items. He was barking at me if I got one or two return labels while reprimanding his trainee to not scan the labels I showed him. He told me both items couldn’t be returned in the same box which ended up not true. The positive thing was that I didn’t have to pay for the mailing supply I used to send the second box (since everything went into the original box I brought). I don’t feel welcome at this store when the owner is there, comes across as being impatient and short. Just happened to be on my way home and a convenient stop. Will go somewhere else next time.
