Witnessed a young lady with her child trying to mail out a few things while standing in line. I overheard penny becoming frustrated towards this lady’s simple questions along with the child who was becoming super fussy. Fussing is normal for a child and penny kept giving dirty looks towards the child. I could tell the mother was getting frustrated and penny attitude was losing patience. I personally didn’t feel comfortable having her handle my package and went to the next person.

Charles was personally very helpful and even offered me some water when I said it was pretty warm outside. I will definitely only be using this UPS store in the future.

I was returning a broken keyboard in the replacement keyboard’s box- the same box that I had just received from the delivery a few days earlier. The employee told me I couldn’t ship my item in that box and then showed me why by squishing the box with his hand. He then told me I needed to purchase either a Box or a padded envelope to ship this return. I explained to him that my return was wrapped in a bubbler mailer inside of the box and he said it didn’t matter because if it was in a box it would be “thrown around” since that’s how they handle boxes and it needed to be in a mailer so that it would be placed into a mail box and not thrown. So many issues with this transaction.
