Because I was nervous in sending out very important paperwork to my daughter for her University Issues out of state. She walked me through certain items that needed to be sent out. I'm very glad I stopped at this store and for sure I can depend on Yolanda helping me out. She was highly recommended by another customer that always come to this store. And, she told to make sure I ask for Yolanda.
- FWFabian Wright5 days ago1.0never have i had issues in this store until the lady Yolanda started working there. i’m not sure if she’s trying to up sales or just be an inconvenience. she has multiple times now tried to upcharge for services we wouldn’t even use. i would always come here to ship out for my small business, but sadly because of one person i will no longer be shipping out from here. thank you to all of the other UPS workers at this location who have maintained a high level of integrity and kindness.

It was raining really hard and I was walking due to no transportation. After we were finished I decided to sit in the pizza place next door until rain stopped. While in the pizza place Yolanda from UPS came in and offered me her umbrella because I told her I was walking!! It’s not often someone goes above and beyond.
