  We walked in and stood in line… we were waved down to another counter on the side. We weren’t greeted only told to put the packages on the scale by Les pointing at the scale. My husband put them both on there and she stared and removed one as if we knew what we were doing… she nvr spoke to us only asking for an ID. Then measured the box .. typed and said what’s the value of the item? I said $35 her response was shipping will be $32 and they will get it on the 9th. During her time of quietness Bob came to measure our other box to help her and he was moving throughout the store .. customer service and how he spoke to customers was outstanding! I actually wanted him to help us… my husband asked Les if there was an employee discount that count be applied and she just stared at us. Left the counter and flagged down Bob. Bob came and answered our questions and we ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. We did find shipping at Goin’ Postal much cheaper! Sorry UPS. 2 stars bc I liked Bob! Bob was awesome with everyone!

  This UPS Store is absolutely amazing! John, the owner, is one of the kindest and most genuine people you’ll meet. He always greets customers with a smile, remembers you by name, and even takes the time to open the door for you. I’ve come here many times over the years (especially back when Amazon returns were free), and every single visit has been a great experience. The team here truly goes above and beyond — whether it’s helping you print something, tracking down incoming packages, or figuring out the best way to ship something out. Their customer service is hands-down the best I’ve seen anywhere. In a world where good service is hard to find, this store stands out. Absolutely amazing job! 👏

  I've been a customer at this particular location for years, and it's the only business in the area that I genuinely look forward to visiting. Over time, they've been my go-to for so many things. I often volunteer to drop off packages for my family and have taken several friends and relatives there for passport photos. When my husband and I recently prepared our wills, we even went to The UPS Store for their notary and witness services. Tomorrow, I'm planning to take my daughter there for a complicated mailing, and I'm confident that Bob, Les, or one of the other amazing employees will guide her and get it done correctly. Bob, in particular, is a gem. He is excellent at remembering regular customers and makes us feel like he truly cares about us and doing his job well. A great manager has a huge impact on a business, and if I were the owner, I'd do everything I could to keep him happy. Based on every interaction I've seen in that store, he's invaluable.
