Amazon said I didn't needed a box that ups will cover that. I went there and took the item as is. A month later Amazon email me that they got the wrong items. They didn't get the LED lights bulbs. So I'm pretty sure a person that works here saw the light bulbs and figured they could switch it out. Now Amazon is charging me again for light bulbs that I don't have and originally returned. I would suggest people put the returning item in a box before going here. That way they can't switch it out.

She wasn't in a rush, but just threw it as if it were trash after packaging. She was still nice regardless if I don't receive my refund; I'm never returning here for your service.
