The associates at this store are always kind and courteous, no matter how busy the store is or how stressed they are. This location has a fantastic team, and I drive past the location closest to me to come to this one. Special thanks to Oscar who is consistently patient, kind and courteous... He's the epitome of grace under fire. You may have to wait in line a bit. Don't give the team a hard time. They work their buns off!
- KKKristen4 days ago3.0This location of The UPS Store, which is situated on South New Braunfels Avenue in San Antonio, Texas, is honestly not the best location of this franchise that I have been to. When I visited, the space was a bit unorganized + poorly kept. There were 4 or 5 employees manning the desk, but there was still a bit of a wait for my drop-off shipment after I arrived. I'm giving 3-stars because they got the job done, but I will not be back to this location for my packing & shipping needs in the future.
- JRJeffery Roper6 days ago5.0This place is absolutely amazing,,, the line of people totaled probably 10 when I got there,,, not a problem with these UPS store employees,,, that line was steadily moving with more people coming in,,, and the line steadily moving,,, I had them download some documents from my email, print them, I signed them, they notarized them,, they scan them and send them back to the email I received them from. It took about 10 minutes,,, it was just amazing to see the efficiency and teamwork these people working behind the counter have at this UPS store. Good job UPS store 6010, keep up the good work, you're being noticed. 👍🙂
