- JWJ WagJan 2, 20265.0Gosh words are not enough for the wonderful customer service Juan provided to me today. He was amazing to say the least. He is an example of what a kind, outstanding human being, and should be set as an example and what others in your store should model. No I have not dealt with anyone else. This is my first time; however, I just wanted to give him the kuddos and appreciate of what a great employee that regardless of how he feels inside about his job, he projected that he loves to work and do his job well while provided above and beyond customer service. This is something to be proud of because you cant find great customer service these days. You go other places and you see they people these days don't like their job, or hate to work and then they project and reflect that on their work ethics. But with Juan, honestly couldn't tell you how he feels truly inside about life or work; however, what I can tell you is that he walked in to work today and projected outwardly, work ethics of I love my job and I am going to do it to the best of my ability! And he truly did!!! IM COMING BACK HERE FROM NOW JUST TO SEE JUAN SERVICE ME FOR MY PACKAGES! Juan DESERVES a reward for his outstanding achievement and work ethics! Please rewarded him at least with a $25 gift card or something of monetary value that says we want to keep you here and we see your efforts. And why I mentioned $25 or more is because usually thats one lunch or dinner meal these days. And also a higher amount says you care about keeping good employees. Definitely recommend this store and go see Juan best employee I delt with at any UPS store!
