I needed to write this to let the owner know that this Young man did an outstanding job and I think he deserves some recognition. When I asked why the attitude he said to take my package elsewhere and OF COURSE I DID, he stayed laughing and waved bye! UPS needs to make sure to screen their employees and make sure they meet qualifications especially when dealing with customers on A DAILY BASIS! Him saying "take your package somewhere else"? Like who the heck does he think he is! If he doesn't like dealing with people then stay with your negativeness at home!
