I ship out the same pre booked shipment 30+ times with no issue. Leo kept trying to push an up charge that has never occurred before (30+ times) It is obvious they are charging for a fee that has never been needed before. I will reach out to my customer and let them know to not use UPS again this that is a huge loss for you guys this is a huge account I am 1 of 1000 people shipping with this company x 30 shipments every 60 days x 1000. Leo needs to be educated and trained correct and not trying to tack on fees. Unacceptable UPS. (Update:) I went to the next closest UPS store with no issue at or charge, let's get Leo and the manager that was there trained correctly) as a customer I would avoid this store unless you like added fees tacked on to your package
