  I rarely receive customer service that would prompt me to sit and write a review. However, this morning was an exception. Sometimes I return packages using Uber’s courier service and send the items to this UPS store located at 1801 Martin Luther King Drive. I have never encountered a problem with the service until today, Monday, December 22, 2025. I was returning a relatively expensive item, and the courier was unable to locate the UPS store here. The courier driver was having problems finding the store and called me to find directions. I called back and tried to direct the driver to the store, but she was still unable to find the store. We went back and forth, and I ended up getting disconnected from the courier service. I called the store and spoke with a UPS representative who stated that no one had come into the store to drop off a package. Minutes later, I received an email stating the package had been dropped off, but I was still unsure because the driver was so unaware of what she was doing to find the UPS store here. I called the UPS store here on Martin Luther and spoke with the same representative, by the name of Ms. Jackson, and she noted the UPS number and tried to retrieve some information about the drop-off noted. Ms. Jackson did not find any information in the UPS system about a drop-off at their location. Frustrated, I tried calling UBER and could not contact anyone directly to find out where my package was left. Minutes later, my phone rang, and it was UPS calling. Ms. Jackson informed me that she looked outside her store door and down the hall and saw that a package was left doors down from the UPS store. Ms. Jackson was calling to inform me that she had retrieved the package. I gave Ms. Jackson my information, and she validated that it was me, the nature of the package, and how to manage the package moving forward. The fact that Ms. Jackson was initiative-taking and went out of her way to look for the package and return a call to me was “fanatical” customer service. It meant more to me than she would ever know. Ms. Jackson was there to help with the issue at hand, and it was first-rate customer service. Appreciatively, D.
