- TTTexazManeNov 7, 20251.0Went to go ship off some packages on Friday 11-7-25 at 10:59 and the bald headed, caucasian worker without a name tag was the rudest person, Ive ever met in any of these stores. Keep in mind the only thing Ive said is, I need to get reciepts for these boxes. Ive been a customer here since 2016 and have never had any issues. He tried to scan my labels and told me the system wont scan my labels with an attitude. He shows me there is tiny piece of ink missing and says your printer is messing up or is already messed up. So he then mentions, I need to pay for label reprints. I responded, no they are already paid for, im not paying for the same service again. I tell him, "you can, just punch it in" and he says no "we dont do that here, our system does not do that, you can call corporate". I then mention I have QR codes which is the same thing and he scans and prints them. He did all that run around, just to do what he could of done from the beginning. I guess he is trying to get his sales up. Luckily the UPS driver, was picking up boxes, otherwise I would of taken my business elsewhere.
