I originally set it up for Amazon to pick up the chairs at my home but when they came to pick it up they couldn’t bc they were only given ONE tag and 3 boxes had to be picked up. He had 3 options: pick one box up & I would drop off the other 2 at UPS, wait for a long wknd for Amazon to try again- but I risk being charged bc only 1 return pick up attempt is free OR to have me drop off the 3 boxes at nearby UPS store myself. In order to get my full refund, I needed all 3 boxes shipped back. So my daughter and I lugged 3 heavy boxes to UPS. That’s where Kelley stepped in. Kelley also realized w one tag only one box can be returned, but she considered diff options. This involved contacting Amazon, finding #s, explaining situation and emailing/printing addl tags. She not only helped me get the 3 boxes shipped but kept me calm bc it had been a long and frustrating process. I can’t express how I felt that day but know I was upset. Thank you Kelley. You went way above and beyond to help me that day!! You are much appreciated!!
