Natalya was working alone on Christmas Eve a bit before closing. I was part of the last minute rush for mailing boxes and Amazon returns. She was efficient, quick-thinking, totally professional, and kind. Wished us each a happy holidays and had a smile. This was above and beyond! I think anyone else would have been rattled and rude.

I purchased some items from a place in San Antonio and I didn't realize the place I bought them from did not ship. I contacted Anna and she quickly responded. She went to the business, got the items, packaged and shipped them within just a few hours. She was so helpful.

I use USP stores exclusively to drop off USPS packages. This location wanted to charge a $1 convenience fee. I passed. They said this is common but this is not common and an outliers. This review doesn’t apply to most customers, and their reason is they have limited space, but wanted to share my experience.
